Our services are tailored for golfers of all ability levels and ideal for a range of groups, corporate trips, couples, and individual travellers looking for a seamless, high quality golf experience. Regardless if you’re planning a first time visit to the Rockies or a return trip with specific courses in mind, we tailor each itinerary to your goals, group size, and budget.
What destinations do you cover
We specialize exclusively in Banff, Canmore, and the surrounding Bow Valley area, including iconic mountain courses such as Banff Springs, Silvertip, Stewart Creek, and Kananaskis. Our local expertise and combined years in the industry allow us to provide discounts, insight and access that is difficult to achieve when booking independently.
How far in advance should I book
For peak season travel between July and September, we strongly recommend planning 6 to 12 months in advance, especially for larger groups. Shoulder season travel may allow for shorter lead times, but early planning always provides the best course and accommodation availability.
Do you hold tee times or accommodations when providing a quote
No reservations are held when an initial quote is provided. All pricing and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and deposits are received. Once confirmed, we secure all components on your behalf.
What is included in a typical golf package
Packages can include accommodations, tee times, and itinerary planning. Many guests also choose to add airport transfers, private or rental transportation, dining recommendations, spa bookings, and other non golf activities. Every package is customized, so inclusions vary by request.
Can I customize my trip
Yes! We encourage it! Every itinerary we create is fully customizable. You can adjust the number of rounds, swap courses, upgrade accommodations, add rest days, or include additional experiences such as fishing, sightseeing, dining, or wellness activities.
Do you work with large groups
Absolutely. We regularly plan trips for groups ranging from foursomes to groups of 24 or more. For larger groups, early planning is especially important to coordinate tee times, lodging, and transportation.
Is there a minimum or maximum group size
There is no strict minimum or maximum group size. Solo travellers, couples, and large groups are all welcome however with any group over 24, we will need to make special arrangements and block tee times cannot be guaranteed. Each itinerary is built to suit the size and dynamics of your group and we will always accommodate any requests we can.
What is your booking and payment process
Once you approve a proposed itinerary, we provide a booking summary and payment schedule. We have a variety of ways to pay. An initial deposit is required to secure tee times and accommodations, with the remaining balance due closer to arrival. Payment terms can vary depending on suppliers and timing. What is your cancellation policy

Can you accommodate different budgets
Yes. We work with a wide range of accommodation types and course combinations. Our role is to help you maximize value while maintaining the quality and experience you expect from a Rockies golf trip.
Do you offer non golf activities for non golfers
Yes. We frequently plan itineraries that include fishing, sightseeing, hiking, spa visits, dining experiences, and other local activities for non golfers or rest days within a golf focused trip.
Do you provide on site support during the trip
While we do not travel with groups, we are a local business and we’re more than happy to meet with you and your group in person if requested! We will always remain available throughout your stay for support, coordination, and assistance should any changes or questions arise.
